Native Plant Pre-Sale
April 11, 2022 @ 8:00 am – May 16, 2022 @ 4:30 pm EDT
Why plant native plants? Native to Indiana means they occur naturally here and are usually more resistant to diseases and insects and often require less maintenance. This saves you time and money!
If you are planning on doing some landscaping this Spring consider the options we have for sale to brighten up your yard and attract pollinators like birds and butterflies! Redbud and Serviceberry are good options to consider to replace the invasive Callery Pear Trees. Another tree to avoid planting is the Norway Maple. Big box stores still sell these trees and they cause a lot of damage to our land. If you have questions as to what to plant on your property, please do not hesitate to contact us today!
We will not be able to assure we will have plants available to purchase the day of pickup. Please order online if you are able. Orders are due May 16th by 4:30 pm. Pickup will be May 20th at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds at the Beef Barn from 4-7pm.
If paying by check please fill out and attach this order form to your check. Please call our office at 765-352-0405 extension 3 when dropping off payment. Checks can be made out to Montgomery County Soil & Water Conservation District.
Please call 765-362-0405 extension 121 to order by phone. Thank you for supporting us and choosing native plants!
